Equipment description Outfit is meant for the production of the basalt heat-insulating cord using the method of braiding. Description of the process Making of the core is performed with the help of special device, set instead of the winding drum of the fiber precipitation camera of the machinery for basalt ultrathin fiber production. Drawing of the fabric through the molding nozzle and its twisting is performed with the help of two revolving rollers. The ready core is winded into coils, weighed and comes to braiding. Spools with the rope are haft on the bobbins of the braiding machine. The ends of the rope are fastened to the core with the turn of the bobbins. The cord of the specified diameter is formed after the core comes through the groove. On the receiving drum the cord is winded into the coils. Headcount The outfit for cord production is operated by one engineer in shift. Serviceability Serviceability of the equipment is unstandardized. Production Time Production time of the outfit: 2 - 2,5 months.
