Cylinders

Packaged products in the form of cylinders are made of basalt fiber. They can be produced encased in aluminum foil, without an external coating.

AREA OF APPLICATION

Basalt cylinders for internal use. When insulating pipes located in rooms, basements, tunnels, attics, it is necessary to use cylinders covered with reinforced aluminum foil, which protects the cylinders from the penetration of moisture, and the room from the ingress of microparticles of basalt fibers.

Basalt cylinders for external use. When insulating pipes that pass in the open air or are exposed to aggressive environments, uncoated basalt cylinders protected by a jacket made of galvanized or stainless steel are used. The cover reliably protects the cylinders from precipitation and mechanical damage.

The use of basalt cylinders significantly reduces the cost of labor and time when insulating pipes, ensuring high quality insulation.

CHARACTERISTICS

The product is resistant to high and low temperatures, moisture, and oil products.
