Description of the Equipment The line enables to get heat and sound-insulating plates with density 120-230 kg/m3. The plates are made by forming linen from ultra-thin basalt fiber, mineral cotton and clay binder with water-repelling agent or without it. For the production of the plates the following materials are used:
Description of the process Basalt fiber, mineral cotton, binder (bentonite powder) and water come into the reactor proportionally. With the help of the pump the hydro-mass from the reactor comes into the machinerywhere the plate is formed with the help of pressing and vacuum compaction.
Formed plates are stowed on the cart, which comes into the tunnel-type drying chamber where the plates are dried.
Headcount Line for production of basalt heat-insulating plates is operated by the crew of 5 people. Operators also control the drying process of the ready-made plates. Working hours – in shifts. Serviceability Operation of the equipment is performed with minor actual repairs. Production Time Production time of the basalt plate – 3 months. Installation, pre-commissioning – 1-1,5 month. |
